Christian Higgins

Christian joined the Office of University Counsel in March 2026.  Prior to joining the University, he practiced as a litigator at regional and national defense firms, including work representing engineers, architects, and contractors in professional liability and construction defect matters in state court and private arbitration.  Before and during his legal career, Christian also co-founded a privately held business and served as an officer in the United States Army, experiences that provide him with practical business, leadership, and operational insight that inform his work.
