Gretchen joined the Office of University Counsel in May of 2024. Prior to coming to the University, she served as Chief Legal Counsel at Pittsburgh Technical College, managing and advising on all legal matters and serving on the President’s cabinet. Before entering the world of higher education, Gretchen also previously worked as a litigator for over twenty years, focusing on insurance defense.
