Rich has been a lawyer for the University of Pittsburgh since January of 1991. Prior to coming to the University, Rich worked as University Legal Counsel for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education from 1986 through 1990. Rich has also worked as an attorney with Keystone Legal Services and in private practice.
